Comment
The course explores the following media of the UK: 1. Newspapers and magazines 2. Radio stations 3. TV stations 4. New media. Participants have to research and present findings on one representative of each media group. At the same time, the relevant language necessary for completing the four research projects will be acquired and practiced in context. Besides cultural information and language learning, presentation techniques will also be dealt with which are of relevance for presenting oral papers in English for this course. Entrance requirement: OPT score of 60+
