Comment
In this course, the major English-speaking countries will be covered re their history, customs/culture, educational system, geography and political system. The student will be made aware of the over 50 countries in the world that use English as a lingua franca. A pass will be based on a short talk, a mid-term and a final exam. (Course requirements may change depending on the status of remote teaching in ws21) PRE-REQUISITE: OPT score of 75 pts

Moodle Room will have all the handouts. There is no book for the course.
