Kommentar
Statistische Analysen sind heutzutage bereits in vielen Bereichen in Wirtschaft, Politikberatung und Verwaltung etabliert. Diese Analysen finden in der Regel computergestützt mit Statistik Software statt. Es wird also immer wichtiger sich mit Programmen für statistische Analysen zu befassen. Eins dieser Programme ist die kostenfreie Software R, welche in diesem Kurs verwendet wird. In diesem Kurs soll den Studierenden der Umgang mit R für einfache statistische Datenanalysen und für grafische Darstellungen vermittelt werden. Sie lernen wie man Daten einliest, transformiert, Analysen berechnet, die Ergebnisse präsentiert und die Arbeitsschritte dokumentiert. Für diesen Kurs sind statistische Grundkenntnisse nötig und es ist erforderlich ein eigenes Notebook mitzubringen.

Statistical analyzes are already established in many areas of business, political consulting and administration. These analyzes are usually computer-aided using statistical software. So it is becoming more and more important to deal with programs for statistical analysis. One of these programs is the free software R, which is used in this course. This course aims to teach students how to use R for simple statistical data analysis and for graphical representations. You will learn how to read and transform data, calculate analyses, present the results and document the work steps. Basic statistical knowledge is required for this course and it is necessary to bring your own notebook.
